Titan Quest II The Secret Chicken-Pimping Quest Guide

Pre-requisites

Before you can start this feathery misadventure, make sure you’ve:

  • Progressed the main quest enough to unlock Pyrgos Village
  • Completed the quest “The Naiad and the Goats”

Without these, the chicken-man simply won’t appear.

How to Find Your Chicken (and Pimp It)

Step 1: Get a Moly Root

You’ll need at least one moly root to begin. Here’s where you can find them:

  • The northern region of the map
  • A camp east of the northern teleporter waypoint
  • Two additional locations scattered further north

They’re usually tucked around camps or tucked behind rocks—keep your eyes sharp.

Step 2: Head to Pyrgos Village

Enter Pyrgos and go to the main trading square. Look for a man sitting and bawking suspiciously. Yes, bawking. That’s your guy.

Talk to him and give him the moly root.

Step 3: Watch the Magic

After consuming the root, he’ll transform into a black chicken and start following you around the village.

Important: He only follows you inside the village. If you try to walk out of bounds, he’ll stay put at the village border.

Step 4: Visit All 6 Chicken Clusters

Your goal is to escort him to six “chicken clusters” hidden throughout the village. Each one will give you a small gold reward.

Most are pretty obvious, but one is hidden in an alleyway on the western side of the village. Don’t miss it.

Rewards

  • A small chunk of experience
  • 10 Embers
  • And… becoming a criminal, technically.

Because, yes—pimping a chicken is illegal. But you do it anyway. For gold. For glory. For the cluck.
