Sea of Conquest Gang’s Racket Update Guide (Patch 590)

Patch 590 brings a major expansion to the Gang’s Racket event. While the core missions remain intact, the update introduces Racket Chests, Chest Keys, and the Racket Store—creating a new layer of long-term rewards for both solo players and active gangs.

This Sea of Conquest Gang’s Racket Update Guide (Patch 590) breaks down every feature, how it works, and the best ways to farm rewards efficiently.

Sea of Conquest Gang’s Racket Update Guide (Patch 590)

Gang’s Racket still follows its original structure:

  • Select missions, complete them, and earn solo event points.
  • You receive five attempts per day.
  • Additional attempts can be purchased with emeralds.
  • Your solo points contribute to the gang’s total points, unlocking shared rewards.

Buying the Racket Pass adds a Solo Plus reward track for more items.

Gang Tier System

Your gang can be ranked in one of five tiers:

  • Bronze
  • Silver
  • Gold
  • Diamond
  • Blood Skull

Higher tiers offer better chances of receiving high-value missions—such as the 1,200-point Throwing Knife mission. Blood Skull is the highest tier and provides the best mission rolls.

Racket Chests

Racket Chests are the central new addition. They come in three qualities:

  • Common
  • Rare
  • Premium

You obtain chests by:

  • Reaching solo point milestones
  • Filling the “My Chests” progress bar

However, chests do not open automatically. You must use a matching key:

  • Common chest → common key
  • Rare chest → rare key
  • Premium chest → premium key

Shared Opening System

You can open other gang members’ chests, and this benefits both sides:

  • Opener Rewards: Throwing Knives, Gang Mobilization Letters, etc.
  • Earner Rewards: Echo Conch, Aqua Spirit Cores, and similar items for the chest owner.

The more your chests are opened by your gang, the more resources you accumulate. This system strongly rewards active, cooperative gangs.

Chest Keys

Keys now come from several sources.

Free Key Sources:

  • Gang rewards
  • Solo rewards
These include up to 2 premium keys.

Premium Key Sources:

  • Racket Pass provides 4 additional premium keys.
  • Key bundles can be purchased for even more openings.

Opening Points

Opening chests grants Opening Points, placing you on a leaderboard.
The top 100 players receive special ranking rewards at the end of the event.

Racket Store

The Racket Store is the purpose behind opening chests.
You collect Gang Mobilization Letters as your main currency, then exchange them for high-value items.

Available items include:

  • Flagship skins
  • Fleet skins
  • Ship trails
  • Throwing Knives
  • Stones of Protection
  • Various upgrade materials

For the first time, rare cosmetic skins can be earned through farming instead of spending money, though the letter cost is high.

Farming Strategy

To maximize your rewards, follow these methods:

1. Aim for high-value missions
Take the 1,200-point missions whenever they appear. They fill your chest bar and point milestones faster.

2. Consider buying additional attempts
Emerald purchases become useful if you need fast chest progression or your gang is pushing for higher tiers.

3. Open as many chests as possible
Opening both your own and others’ chests increases letters, keys, and your ranking score.

4. Keep your gang active
This event is most effective when the entire gang participates.
More activity = more chests = more letter income for everyone.

Why the Update Matters

The reworked Gang’s Racket event is now one of the strongest progression systems in Sea of Conquest. Players can:

  • Earn premium cosmetics without direct spending
  • Gather consistent resources through daily missions
  • Benefit from both solo and cooperative chest openings
  • Progress through a competitive leaderboard for extra rewards

The more active you are, the more this system pays out.
