Renegade Immortal New Server Starter Guide (Global)
Starting on a fresh server in Renegade Immortal is all about momentum. Early decisions snowball extremely hard, especially around Divine Descent, VIP efficiency, and which core units you lock in during the first few days. CN data makes one thing very clear: if you start correctly, you dominate early and never really fall behind.
This guide walks through who to pick, how to spend (if at all), and which teams actually work, without overcomplicating things.
Divine Descent – Who You Should Aim For
Divine Descent choices define your account trajectory. These are not equal-value picks.
Top Damage Dealers
Wang Lin sits at the top and should always be your first choice if available. He scales best, carries the hardest, and fits into every meaningful team composition from early to endgame.
Ma Liang is the next best option if Wang Lin is unavailable. He transitions well into rage-based and burst teams.
Zhou Yi, Tian Yunzi, and Tuo Sen are usable damage dealers, but they are secondary options. They work best when supporting a stronger carry rather than replacing one.
Top Supports
Li Muwan is mandatory. There is no scenario where skipping her is optimal. Healing is not optional in this game, especially once Heavenly Tower and longer boss encounters open up.
Yun Quezi is one of the best early supports thanks to rage regeneration. She dramatically improves team tempo and makes early content much smoother.
Duanmu Ji, Hong Die, Teng Yi, and Six Desires Demon Lord are all strong utility supports that slot into specific compositions later, but they are not first-priority picks unless your core is already secured.
Spending Tiers – What Actually Makes Sense
This section is important because a lot of players either overspend inefficiently or underspend in ways that slow progression.
Micro-Spender (VIP 8 Start)
This is the most cost-efficient tier if you plan to spend at all.
Once you reach level 8, you should immediately grab the low-cost first recharge packs. These give access to Zhou Yi, a top-tier early tank that stabilizes progression significantly.
At level 8, claim the New Server Value Summon Pack for a large injection of advanced summons. This alone can decide whether your account snowballs.
Quick Battle Privilege is extremely important. The extra idle levels per day translate into real power very quickly on a new server.
Activating both monthly passes early gives a massive Jade total and should be considered mandatory for anyone spending even lightly.
Moderate Spender (VIP 10 Start)
This tier is where accounts start to feel “complete” early.
At level 8 and 10, multiple selection packs allow you to directly choose Wang Lin or Ma Liang. Always prioritize Wang Lin if you don’t already have him.
The VIP 9–10 bonus selection packs should be used to obtain Yun Quezi, as rage regeneration paired with Wang Lin and Zhou Yi trivializes early campaign and tower stages.
This setup clears content faster than most players on the server and secures early ranking advantages.
Top Spender (VIP 11+)
At this level, the goal is simple: dominance.
Buying all listed packs ensures you never experience resource scarcity in the early game. You lock in a peak Divine Descent lineup immediately and control early leaderboards.
If you go this route, Wang Lin or Ma Liang should be your starting centerpiece, with full support infrastructure built around them.
Best Teams for New Servers
Early teams are about efficiency, not perfection. These are proven setups that work immediately.
AoE Burning Team
Wang Lin, Zhou Yi, Yun Quezi, Li Muwan, Hong Die, and Duanmu Ji
This is the most stable all-purpose team for early servers. It clears stages quickly, survives longer fights, and transitions smoothly into midgame.
Debuff and Damage Boost Team
Tuo Sen, Zhou Yi, Yun Quezi, Tu Si, Duo Mu, and Sun Tai
This team focuses on weakening enemies and amplifying damage. It performs best in controlled fights rather than speed farming.
Rage Regeneration and High Damage Team
Ma Liang, Zhou Yi, Yun Quezi, Teng Yi, Six Desires Demon Lord, and Duanmu Ji
This setup revolves around constant skill uptime. It’s excellent once rage mechanics start to matter more.
Pursuit One-Shot Team
Tian Yunzi, Zhou Yi, Yun Quezi, Qing Shuang, Mo Zhi, and Zhou Yun
This team is more specialized and shines later, particularly in burst-oriented encounters.
Recommended Mid to Late Game Divine Descent Lineups
As content becomes harder, flexibility and control matter more than raw damage.
Both Crowd Control and Combo-based Divine Descent lineups converge on the same core:
Wang Lin, Zhou Yi, Yun Quezi, Li Muwan, Hong Die, and Duanmu Ji
This composition balances damage, control, healing, and consistency. It remains relevant deep into the game and is one of the safest long-term investments you can make.
