Tiles Survive Garrison Guide – VS and Turtle Day Tips
Most players eventually hit that point where the garrison fills up completely and you can’t train more troops. It’s a bit frustrating when that happens, especially on training days when you actually want to push points.
That’s when you start looking for ways to clear troops so you can retrain them again for Versus or Turtle events.
Tiles Survive Garrison Guide -How to Kill Troops and Retrain for VS
Using Intel Post Fights
One of the easiest ways is fighting through the intel post. You send weaker rallies against stronger targets and intentionally fail the fights.
This doesn’t cost stamina, and after a few attempts you’ll see some troops killed and others sent to the hospital. It’s one of the quickest methods because the intel post is usually very close.
Reading the Battle Report
When you do this, the normal report screen doesn’t show much detail. You need to open the battle status to see the real numbers.
That’s where you can check how many troops were killed and how many were sent to the hospital.
Attacking Alliance Members
Another method is coordinating with alliance members who also want to clear troops. One player leaves the alliance temporarily, and both sides attack each other.
The important part here is knowing the difference between attacking and defending. Attackers lose troops permanently, while defenders mainly send troops to the hospital.
Fighting Level Targets
You can also send weak rallies against stronger map targets to lose troops. This works similarly to intel fights, but the travel time is usually longer, so it takes more time to repeat.
Because of the distance, this method is slower compared to the intel post.
Filling Hospital and Enlistment
Once your hospital fills up, you shouldn’t heal immediately. Instead, keep losing more troops so they start piling into the enlistment office.
Leaving them there allows you to retrain more troops and build up power faster for events like Arcadia or KVK.
Training and Dismissing Troops
If you don’t feel like fighting at all, there’s a much quicker option. You can train troops normally to gain event points and then dismiss them afterward.
The points still count even after dismissing them, but you can’t dismiss your highest-tier troops, so you need some lower-tier units for this method.
Quick Points Method
This quick train-and-dismiss approach works best when you still have some free troop space. You can train a batch, gain points instantly, and then remove them with just a few clicks.
It’s one of the fastest ways to gain training points without spending time in battles.
Why Players Do This
All these methods come down to the same goal — clearing space so you can retrain troops and stack event points quickly.
Once you understand how hospital, enlistment, and troop limits work together, it becomes much easier to manage your army during training days.
