Epic Plane Evolution Mountain Glider, Ski Resort Final Level

The Mountain Glider level (often referred to as the Ski Resort level or Final Boss) is the last and most difficult level in the current build of Epic Plane Evolution. It features extreme terrain with steep declines and towering hills, demanding precise momentum management and upgrade optimization.

This guide breaks down the full strategy to beat the level without using rocket boosters, just as shown in the Game Hydro walkthrough.

Epic Plane Evolution Mountain Glider, Ski Resort Final Level Guide

1. Level Overview

The level is set in a snowy mountain resort environment, resembling the Alps or Cascade ranges.

You’ll start high up on a slope and immediately descend into a speed-focused drop, followed by a massive uphill climb.

The key to beating the level lies in building speed during the drop and preserving momentum for the final climb.

2. Required Upgrades

Glider Upgrades

Each upgrade changes your character’s flying device:

  1. Level 1 – Basic Paraglider
  2. Level 2 – Darker, faster Paraglider
  3. Level 3 – Hyperglider
  4. Level 4 (Max)Mega Glider

The Mega Glider is the highest form. Further upgrade taps may give tiny boosts but won’t dramatically improve performance.

Slingshot Upgrades

You MUST upgrade your slingshot to a high enough level to ensure strong launches:

  • Levels include: Common Rubber, Red Rubber, Super Rubber (Blue).
  • Higher slingshot tiers = faster launches, giving more speed buffer for the uphill climb.

Aim for at least Super Rubber slingshot or higher for consistent wins.

Optional: Income Boost

While not required to win, upgrading income helps you afford more slingshot or glider upgrades in fewer runs.

3. Launch & Flight Strategy

Step 1: Launch Correctly

  • Pull the slingshot all the way back.
  • Tilt the nose downward IMMEDIATELY after takeoff.
  • Use the steep downhill slope to build as much speed as possible—this is your momentum bank for the upcoming climb.

Step 2: Stay Low for Speed

  • Glide as close to the ground as possible without crashing.
  • Avoid steering too far right or center—the left side of the mountain is slightly shorter, which can help in your final climb.

Step 3: Tilt Up Gradually Before the Final Climb

  • Don’t wait until you’re at the base of the uphill slope to tilt up.
  • Begin your climb gradually midway through the drop, allowing for a smoother angle with less speed loss.

Step 4: Maintain Speed

  • As you ascend the mountain, keep your nose tilted slightly forward—this helps preserve speed.
  • If you tilt up too sharply, you’ll stall.
  • At the top of the climb, apply slight directional swipes (left or right) if needed to align with the transparent finish line.

4. Avoid These Mistakes

Mistake Why It Fails
Tilting too far right at launch You hit a longer slope, making the final climb harder
Climbing too early or too steeply Causes major speed drop, resulting in a crash
Not upgrading the slingshot enough Weak launches mean no chance at building enough momentum
Overshooting the finish line You’ll glitch into infinite flight if you miss the checkered flag

5. Notable Glitches & Warnings

Transparent Finish Line Bug: If you don’t pass through the finish marker exactly, your character will keep flying forever.

    • This glitch causes RAM issues and can overheat your phone, especially on older devices like iPhone 13 Pro.

Glider Upgrade Trap: After Mega Glider, additional upgrade taps offer no significant gain. Focus your coins on slingshot or income upgrades instead.

6. Run Breakdown

Run 1:

  • Nose too far right → made it to the top but didn’t trigger win due to glitch.
  • Reached 100% distance but had to retry.

Run 2:

  • Angled too far left → crashed early.

Run 3:

  • Focused on left-side mountain, built perfect speed.
  • Tilted up at the right time, held momentum, passed the finish line cleanly.
  • Final boss defeated, game rolled back to Stage 1.

The Mountain Glider / Ski Resort level is a pure momentum test. Upgrades help, but your success depends on:

  • Precise swiping (not holding)
  • Using terrain to your advantage
  • Knowing when to tilt and when to coast

Once you beat this stage, the game resets, and you can continue progressing with a much higher income multiplier.
