Whiteout Survival Thanksgiving Event 2025 Guide
The Thanksgiving Festival in Whiteout Survival overlaps with several other weekly and special events. When combined correctly, you can use fewer items, spend fewer resources, and collect significantly more points across multiple event tracks.
This Whiteout Survival Thanksgiving Event 2025 Guide walks through every day of the Thanksgiving Festival, explains which tasks you can combine, and shows how to maximize rewards by aligning missions from Alliance Mobilisation, Armament Competition, Officer Projects, King of Icefield, and more.
Thanksgiving begins on 22 November and runs for seven days, starting on a Saturday. Inside the festival, you will participate in King of the Meadows, which contains the daily missions you must complete for points.
Each day has its own set of tasks, and the key to efficient progression is understanding how those tasks overlap with other events running at the same time.
For clarity, we will go day by day.
Whiteout Survival Thanksgiving Event 2025 Guide
Day 1 – Saturday, 22 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Golden Key
- Silver Key
- Power from Construction
- Power from Research
- Power from Training
- Shard usage (blue, purple, mythic)
On the first day, the only meaningful overlap is with the King of Icefield, specifically on the day before its final stage. Because King of Icefield also gives points for troop training, training troops here contributes to both events.
There are no major combinations outside this minor overlap. Key and shard tasks do not line up with other events on this day.
Day 2 – Sunday, 23 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Stamina tasks such as Polar Terror and Beast hunts
This is the first day with no significant combination. Stamina tasks do not align with the final day of King of Icefield nor with any shard, beast, or rally-related missions.
The only minor overlap is inside the Fire Crystal tech research missions, where rally calls appear on certain days, but this is not a typical or consistent match.
For most players, Day 2 stands alone.
Day 3 – Monday, 24 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Golden Key
- Silver Key
- Shard upgrades
- Speed-ups
This is the first day with multiple strong combinations, because Monday starts the weekly Alliance Mobilization, and it is also the first day of Armament Competition Type 1.
Here is how they overlap:
Combine with Alliance Mobilization
- Speed-up missions
- Mythic shard missions
Alliance Mobilization tasks often include speed-up usage or mythic shard usage, so claim those missions before spending anything in Thanksgiving.
Combine with Armament Competition Type 1
Type 1 includes:
- Speed-up tasks
- Mythic shard usage
This creates a three-way overlap where one action generates progress in all events. This is one of the strongest combination days in the entire festival.
Day 4 – Tuesday, 25 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Training tasks
- Speed-ups
Tuesday continues Armament Competition Type 1, so shard and speed-up tasks overlap again. Training overlaps with Alliance Mobilization, which typically provides missions for training troops or using training speed-ups.
Two important strategies help maximize this day:
Strategy 1: Training Before Reset
Just before Day 3 ends, activate the 200 percent training capacity bonus in your City Buffs.
- Train troops
- Use normal speed-ups to instantly complete training
- Do not claim the troops
This gives you maximum points for Day 3.
As soon as Day 4 begins:
- Claim the troops
This awards full training points for Day 4.
One batch of training gives points for two different days.
Strategy 2: Speed-up and Training Missions
Accept both the training mission and the training speed-up mission in Alliance Mobilization.
- Complete the speed-up mission first
- Only then claim the troops to complete the training mission
This allows two tasks to be combined into one set of troop training.
Day 5 – Wednesday, 26 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Essence Stone
- Widget
- Gem usage
This day has strong overlaps with several events.
Combine with Alliance Mobilization
- Essence Stone missions
- Gem usage missions
Gem spending can be done efficiently in the VIP Shop or on specific refreshes, but avoid wasting gems in the pet upgrade shop, which is widely considered a poor use of resources.
Combine with Officer Project Type 1
Officer Project Type 1 runs on Wednesday and Thursday and includes:
- Essence Stone tasks
- Widget tasks
This is one of the best overlap days because Thanksgiving, Alliance Mobilization, and Officer Project Type 1 share the same tasks.
Day 6 – Thursday, 27 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Gathering
- Power from Construction
- Power from Research
- Power from Training
Thursday allows for straightforward combinations.
Gathering Combination
Before Day 6 begins:
- Send your troops to gather several hours in advance
- Accept gathering missions in Alliance Mobilization
- When troops return on Day 6, you get points for both events at once
Training Combination
Alliance Mobilization often includes training missions.
If you accept a training mission and begin troop training, those points contribute to both Thanksgiving and Mobilization if done on this day.
Officer Project also runs on Thursday, but its tasks do not align well with Thanksgiving on this day, so focus on Mobilization.
Day 7 – Friday, 28 November
Thanksgiving Tasks:
- Chief Gear
- Speed-ups (construction, research, training)
Friday provides several overlapping opportunities.
Combine with Alliance Mobilization
- Chief Gear tasks
- Speed-up missions
Combine with Armament Competition Type 2
Type 2 (Friday and Saturday) includes:
- Chief Gear tasks
This creates a powerful three-way combination between Thanksgiving, Alliance Mobilization, and Armament Competition Type 2. Chief Gear is your target focus on this day.
Officer Project Type 2 begins the following week, so it does not overlap.
Event Timing Summary
Here is how the other events fit around Thanksgiving:
- King of Icefield: Ends on Sunday
- Alliance Mobilization: Starts Monday
- Armament Competition Type 1: Monday and Tuesday
- Armament Competition Type 2: Friday and Saturday
- Officer Project Type 1: Wednesday and Thursday
- Officer Project Type 2: Sunday and Monday (next week)
Understanding this schedule makes it much easier to plan your resource usage across all seven days.
The Thanksgiving Festival becomes significantly more efficient when combined with the weekly and special events running at the same time. Days 3, 4, 5, and 7 offer the strongest overlaps, and carefully planning your speed-ups, troop training, gathering, and shard usage ensures maximum points across every event involved.
