Wittle Defender Treasures Guide: How to Craft, Upgrade & Use

What Are Treasures in Wittle Defender?

Treasures are equippable items that provide bonus stats and unlock powerful new abilities for your heroes. You can equip up to six treasures per account.

Treasure Benefits:

Stat Boosts: Increases Attack, Health, and Defense for all your heroes.

Skill Unlocks: At Epic rarity and above, treasures unlock new hero skills.

Team-wide Impact: Bonuses affect your entire hero roster, unless a treasure has hero-specific effects.

 Treasure Rarities Explained

There are six tiers of treasure rarity:

Rarity Skill Unlock? Crafting Available?
Common
Uncommon
Premier
Epic
Legendary
Mythic

➡️ Epic is the first tier where treasures start unlocking active or passive skills, which can greatly improve team performance.

How to Craft Treasures (Crafting Tree)

Treasure crafting is a progression system where you combine lower-rarity treasures to upgrade to the next level. Here’s a quick breakdown:

Craft Epic+0 (Base Tier)

  • Use the Quick Craft function to create Epic+0 treasures from lower-rarity ones.

Craft Epic+1

  • 1x Epic+0 (main)
  • 2x Epic+0 (same color)

Craft Epic+2

  • 2x Epic+1 (same color)

Craft Legendary+0

  • 3x Epic+2 (same color)

Craft Legendary+1

  • 1x Legendary+0 (main)
  • 1x Legendary+0 (same color)

Focus on crafting six Epic+0 treasures first. These are easier to obtain and will unlock skills for your heroes.

What is the Revert Feature?

The Revert feature lets you break down crafted treasures, but it comes with rules:

  • You won’t get the exact treasure back.
  • You receive a standard treasure of the same color.
  • You can’t revert Legendary or Mythic treasures, so plan ahead!

Important: Once a high-tier treasure is crafted, it’s final. Think carefully before sacrificing your epics during crafting.

Best Strategy for Treasure Progression

Follow this roadmap for the best treasure build:

Step-by-Step Plan:

  1. Craft six Epic+0 treasures.
  2. Use those to unlock six new skills.
  3. Slowly upgrade them to Epic+2.
  4. From there, aim for Legendary+0 or higher.
  5. Equip treasures based on synergy with your main team.

Recommended Treasure Setups (From Community Example)

The creator of the guide video shared their optimized treasure layout:

Current Setup:

6x Legendary+0 Treasures

These treasures boost:

  • Sarif: Increases team-wide attack and healing.
  • Blazing Archer: Boosts personal damage output.
  • Shiva: Provides active damage reduction.
  • Ice Demon: Enhances summons (adds 1 more summon).

The shift from Epic to Legendary treasures provides major performance improvements, especially in mid-to-late chapters.
