Challenge

This stage features two canyon sections and dense tree zones, demanding precise control and well-timed elevation changes.

Simply having maxed slingshot or boosters isn’t enough—flight path management is crucial.

Players often crash at the second canyon due to speed loss or poor tilt timing.

Required Upgrades (Minimum)

Plane Upgrades (All 4 Needed)

You must fully upgrade the plane:

  1. Wing 1
  2. Wing 2
  3. Tail
  4. Propeller

Unlike earlier levels, you cannot skip the propeller upgrade here. All four parts are essential for stability and speed.

Slingshot Upgrades

  • At least 5–6 levels of slingshot power are recommended.
  • More upgrades = stronger launches and a better chance at clearing the early hazards.
  • There’s no upper limit—every slingshot upgrade gives better launch speed.

Earning Gems & Skipping Grind

If you’re low on cash:

  • Each plane or slingshot upgrade can be paid with Gems after the first coin-based level.
  • Gems can be earned by watching ads:
    • First upgrade = 1 gem
    • Second in a row = 2 gems
    • Third = 3 gems, and so on.
  • Use this method to bypass long grind sessions or costly plane ticket burnouts.

Flight Walkthrough: How to Fly Through the Stage

Launch Strategy

  1. Pull the slingshot all the way back.
  2. Wait for the propeller to reach full speed, then launch.
  3. Immediately tilt the nose downward slightly to maintain or increase speed.
    • Avoid tilting too much—you’ll hit the ground or trees quickly.

Flying Past the Village & First Canyon

  • Keep the plane steady using quick finger swipes (not long presses).
  • Swipe gently left/right to make small turns.
  • When approaching the first canyon, tilt upward gently halfway through.
    • DON’T wait until the very edge to tilt, or you’ll lose too much speed.
    • Tilting mid-canyon gives a smoother climb with less momentum loss.

Preparing for the Second Canyon

  • After climbing the first canyon:
    • Tilt downward again to regain speed before the second canyon.
  • Make sure you’re flying at ~45 km/h or higher when approaching the second canyon.
  • Then tilt up once more to clear the final section.

Key tip: The second canyon appears fast after the first, so your timing and speed recovery need to be sharp.

5. Common Mistakes to Avoid

Mistake Why It Fails
Holding down the screen instead of swiping Causes abrupt movements and stalls
Upgrading only 2–3 parts of the plane Plane lacks stability and performance
Launching without propeller upgrade Severely reduces top speed potential
Tilting up too late at canyons You lose momentum and can’t gain enough elevation
Ignoring tree placement in early flight Quick crashes due to bad tilt angle

6. Winning Run

In the successful attempt:

  • After launching, the player tilted just enough to maintain a rising speed.
  • At the first canyon, they started tilting up early, not waiting till the last second.
  • After crossing, they tilted back down to rebuild speed before the second canyon.
  • At around 45 km/h, they lifted again to easily clear the second canyon and reach the end.

The Vintage Plane level requires a perfect blend of full upgrades, speed control, and strategic tilting. With practice and the right timing, you can beat this level without spending tons of real money or grinding endlessly.
