The Hall of Governors is a recurring biweekly event in Kingshot, active during the first and second generations of a kingdom. It lasts several days, with different stages unlocked one by one. By completing event tasks, you earn points toward milestone rewards and the leaderboard.
The top-ranking players get shards for the Hero of the Season (Amadeus in Generation 1, Hilde in Generation 2). To unlock these heroes, you must rank among the top players, not just complete milestones.

How the Events Progress
1st & 2nd Hall of Governors (Generation 1):
Focuses on construction, research, hero ascension, troop training, and beast slay. Amadeus is the featured hero.
3rd Hall of Governors (Generation 2):
Adds new tasks like speedup usage and advanced governor gear upgrades. Amadeus remains the featured hero.
4th & 5th Hall of Governors:
Hilde becomes the Hero of the Season. A new Charm Upgrade stage appears, where leveling charms provides big points.

Many players mistakenly believe the hero comes from milestones. In reality, you must rank high on the leaderboard to unlock them.

- Train higher-level troops: Training L9–L10 troops gives the best points per unit.
- Save shards and speedups: Use them during Hero Development and Power Boost stages.
- Push smart, not constant: Focus your big power gains on the heaviest point days instead of spreading them thin.
- Farm resources early: Stockpile bread, wood, stone, and iron for resource-gathering stages.
- Work with your alliance: For rally tasks in earlier events, coordination is key.
The Hall of Governors is one of Kingshot’s most important events, balancing steady milestone rewards with highly competitive ranking prizes. Even if you’re not aiming for the top spots, completing milestones gives valuable resources.
