Kivotos Battlegrounds Tier List July 2024: All Units Ranked

Editor’s Note: This character tier list is a mix of careful game analysis and what the community is buzzing about. It’s not set-in-stone ranking! It’s more like our take on things.

S Tier Characters


Base Stats
  • HP: 400
  • DPS: 40/64
  • Ammo: 6
E Skill – Emergency First Aid

Hoshino stops firing and begins to rapidly heal herself over a short duration.

  • Duration: 2 seconds
  • Healing: 250
  • Cooldown: 16 seconds
  • Hoshino’s movement speed is slowed down for the duration of the skill.
  • Hoshino cannot shoot for the duration of the skill.
Q Skill – Tactical Suppression

Hoshino gains a shield and begins to automatically fire her shotgun in short intervals. Each shot landed knocks enemies back.

  • Damage: 24×5
  • Shield: 50%
  • Has knockback for each shot.
  • A noticeable delay between the 4th and 5th shots.
Passive – Legs of Horus

Hoshino has a higher base movement speed compared to other characters.

  • Hoshino’s base movement speed is around 8.5%~ faster compared to other characters

E Skill – Stern Verdict

Mine lets out a shockwave, dealing damage to enemies around her and reducing the DEF of enemies hit.

  • Damage: 35
  • DEF Debuff: 12.5%
  • Cooldown: 10 seconds
Q Skill – Prideful Conviction

Mine leaps into the air before slamming downwards, dealing damage to enemies in an area.

  • Damage: 52
  • DEF Debuff: 20%
  • Healing: 10×10
  • Pulls enemies hit.
  • Applies DEF down to enemies hit.
  • Mine gains healing over time for a short duration after skill usage.
  • The direction of the leap can be controlled with movement keys.
Passive – Knight’s Will

Mine has a higher base HP compared to other characters in exchange for a lower base movement speed.


Base Stats
  • HP: 200
  • DPS: 32/48
  • Ammo: 8
  • Iori’s skills differ from her original in Blue Archive to be better suited for Kivotos Battlegrounds. However, skill names will be kept the same for convenience.
E Skill – Bounty

Iori dashes and upon stopping, enhances her next normal shot if she has 2 or more ammo.

  • Enhanced DPS: 48/81
  • Charges: 3
  • Cooldown: 6 seconds
  • Iori will lose her enhanced shot if not fired quickly.
  • Each enhanced shot uses 2 ammo
  • Iori will only obtain an enhanced shot when she has 2 or more ammo.
  • The dash from her skill can be used to move in any direction.
Q Skill – Major Roundup

Iori enhances her next 3 shots while also gaining a dash charge if below 3 charges.

  • Enhanced DPS: 40/65
  • Q+E Enhanced DPS: 62/87
  • If below 3 dash charges, this skill will grant Iori 1 dash charge.
  • Iori’s EX skill enhancement can stack with her basic skill enhancement.

E Skill – One Bite at a Time!

Natsu tosses pies to nearby allies, granting an ATK buff and healing.

  • Healing: 75
  • ATK Buff: 20%
  • Cooldown: 20 seconds
  • This skill will only heal allies near Natsu.
  • This skill does not heal Natsu.
Q Skill – Hidden Ace

Natsu drinks milk, healing herself and removing 1 debuff.

  • Healing:
  • Natsu gains a 15% healing bonus for 10 seconds
  • Natsu gains I-frames for the duration of the skill

Yuuka (Track)

Base Stats
  • HP: 350
  • DPS: 6/9
  • Ammo: 24
E Skill – Rehydration

Yuuka drinks an energy drink, granting herself a shield.

  • Shield: 25%
  • Cooldown: 20 seconds
Q Skill – R.S.G!

Yuuka leaps forward for a short duration. After landing, she deploys a flag down which grants a shield to herself and her allies.

  • Shield: 50%
  • Allies have to get close to the flag to obtain the shield.
  • The direction of the leap can be controlled with movement keys.

A Tier Characters


  • Base Stats

  • DPS: 40/60
  • Ammo: 6
E Skill – Bright Light!

Arisu gains an ATK buff and a stack of charge.

  • ATK Buff: 25%
  • Cooldown: 20 seconds
  • The maximum number of charges Arisu can hold is 2.
  • Charge stacks have a permanent duration.
  • Dying resets your charge count.
Q Skill – Balance Breakdown

Arisu charges a shot and fires it, dealing massive damage. Arisu gains an ATK buff after, scaling off the current number of charges.

  • Damage: 90/115/135
  • ATK Buff (1): 12%
  • ATK Buff (2): 42%
  • This skill can penetrate enemies and obstructions.
  • This skill consumes all charge stacks.
  • There is a long startup before the shot is fired.
Passive – Cybernetics

Arisu converts ATK Speed to extra damage.


Base Stats

  • Ammo: 40
E Skill – Lock & Load

The next time Hina reloads after using this skill, gain an ATK buff.

  • ATK Buff: 30%
  • Cooldown: 30 seconds
Q Skill – Denouement: Ishbosheth

Hina enters a startup animation before firing a hail of bullets in her direction.

  • DPS: 9
  • Damage: 360
  • The bullets fired from this skill have a limited range.
  • Hina is locked in place for the duration of the skill.
  • Hina gains a 35% damage reduction for the duration of the skill.

B Tier Characters

E Skill – Assorted Gift Set C

Serina throws gifts to nearby allies, boosting their ATK and providing a small heal.

  • Healing: 35
  • ATK Buff: 20%
  • Cooldown: 20 hits
  • Serina’s skill requires landing hits rather than a timed cooldown
  • Each hit regenerates 5 energy, the skill needs 100 energy to cast
  • Dying resets the cooldown count to 0
Q Skill – Echo of Blessings

Serina rings her bell, each ring gives an ATK boost and heals allies within the vicinity. Serina takes reduced damage during her EX skill.

  • Healing: 25×3
  • ATK Buff: 50%
  • Duration: 4 seconds
  • Serina gains a 50% damage reduction during the duration of this skill.

E Skill – I Brought a Bento

Mimori throws a lunch box at an ally, healing them.

  • Healing: 150
  • Cooldown: 5 seconds
  • This skill has an infinite range.
  • This skill can only heal allies that are visible on screen.
Q Skill – Cherry Blossom Viewing

Mimori sets up a picnic, granting allies within the vicinity an ATK speed buff and a DEF buff.

  • ATK SPD Buff: 50%
  • Healing: 50
  • Allies have to get close to the picnic to obtain the buff
  • This skill’s field is deployed where Mimori is standing

C Tier Characters

E Skill – Looking Forward to the Next Time!

Kokona heals an ally and increases their EX meter slightly.

  • Healing: 125
  • EX meter: 10.0
  • Cooldown: 8 seconds
  • This skill has an infinite range.
  • This E can only heal allies that are visible on screen.
Q Skill – Great Job!

Kokona heals herself and an ally as well as increasing their EX meter by a decent amount.

  • Healing (Ally): 200
  • Healing (Self): 115
  • EX meter: 25.0
  • This skill has an infinite range.
  • This skill can only heal allies that are visible on screen.
  • This skill has a noticeably long startup.


Base Stats
  • HP: 225
  • DPS: 11/16
  • Ammo: 10
E Skill – Found an Opening!

Noa makes her gun automatic, firing 10 bullets in quick succession.

  • Damage: 130/190
  • Cooldown: 15 seconds
Q Skill – Speedy Record-Keeper

Noa marks a target, applying regeneration or a DEF debuff for players

  • If the marked target is an ally, apply healing over time, signified by blue sparkles around the ally.
  • If the marked target is an enemy, apply a DEF debuff, signified by purple smoke around the enemy
  • Healing: 12.5 per second
  • DEF Debuff: 22.5%
  • This skill has an infinite range.
  • This skill has an infinite duration so long as Noa is alive.
  • This skill can only be applied to a visible player.
