Editor’s Note: Before you go and pick one ability based on this tier list, a friendly heads-up: nobody has got the monopoly on abilities’ wisdom, least of all me. This list is just one opinion, mixed with a bit of experience and speculation.

SS Tier Abilities

  • Demon Seed — Each strike inflicts Vulnerable on the target. If Crit is triggered, it deals 50% extra damage and removes the Vulnerable effect.
  • Demon Flame — When Stunning an enemy or attacking a Stunned enemy, triggers the accumulated Burn Dmg and increases it by 20%.
  • Flame Circle — Launch a Strike of 160% ATK and burn the enemy. Deals damage equal to 50% ATK every time for 2 round(s).
  • Clone — Launch a strike of 160%(+9%) ATK and Combo is increased by 50% in the next round.
  • Sentinel Fur — Launches a strike of 140% ATK, with a 25% chance to order your beast to release its skill once. Once released the beast’s skill will enter a cooldown.
  • Transform — Launches a strike of 220% ATK and recovers 3000 Qi.

S Tier Abilities

  • Divine Halo — Launch a strike of 120% ATK. If the enemy’s current HP is below 20%, damage is increased to 600% of ATK.
  • Binding — Launch a strike of 140%(+9%) ATK and the enemy’s Qi is reduced by 4000.
  • Soul Swallow — Each strike has a 25% chance to trigger this effect, increasing your ATK by 16% for 3 round(s).
  • Dust Devil — Launches a strike of 160%(+9%) ATK and increases Dodge by 50% in the next round.
  • Permafrost — Launch a Strike of 160% ATK and freeze the enemies until the next round.
  • Condense — Launches a strike of 160% ATK and reduces the enemy’s Crit Dmg by 20% for 2 round(s).
  • Thorn — Rebounds 15% damage on the enemy when attacked.
  • Undying — Triggered when HP first drops below 30%, increasing your chance of Lifesteal by 50%, lasting until the battle ends.

  • Giant’s Might — Launch a strike of 160% ATK, increasing Crit and Crit Dmg by 2% and 30% respectively for 3 round(s).

  • 3 Head, 6 Arms — When the round begins, increases Crit by 10% and Crit Dmg by 25% for 3 round(s).
  • Thunderbolt — Launch a strike of 160%(+8%) ATK and Crit Dmg is increased by 25% for 2 round(s).
  • Energize — Qi is increased by 800 additionally at the beginning of every round.

  • Soulquake — When casting Tao, increases damage by 20%, with a 50% higher chance to Stun the enemy for 2 round(s).
  • Wolf Howl — Every time the Beast releases a skill, it recovers 1400 extra Qi.
  • Affinity — After each strike of the Beast, the owner recovers 5% Max HP and increases ATK by 10% for 2 round(s).
  • Umbra — After the Beast’s first skill release, it gains 12% combo and Combo Res, while removing an equal amount of attributes from the enemy, lasting until the battle ends.
  • Rending — Your beast’s attacks will reduce the target’s Healing by 24% for 2 round(s).
  • Reanimation — When you die, your Beast revives you and restores 12% HP for you. This effect can only take effect once per battle. (only one of the revival effects from Genies or Abilities can take effect.)
  • Lion’s Roar — Your beast’s attack will reduce all combat attributes of the target by 24% for 2 round(s).
  • Menace — The first strike of each Beast deals 20% extra damage; healing effects remain unaffected.

  • Morning Crow — When your beast releases the skill, the enemy’s Crit Res and Lifesteal Res are reduced by 14% for 2 round(s).
  • Trample — When the Beast attacks an enemy with a debuff, it reduces their Final Dmg by 10%(+0.5%), lasting for 2 round(s).
  • Ambush — Deal extra damage equal to 22%(+2%) ATK when beasts release the skill.
  • Disruption — When the beast releases the skill, the owner’s Combo Res is increased by 45%(+4%) for 2 round(s).

  • Rockfall — Launches a strike of 130%(+8%) ATK, with a 30% chance to Stun the target for 1 round(s).

  • Power Steal — Each strike steals 2%(+0.1%) ATK from the target (stackable up to 5 times), lasting until the battle ends.
