Tiles Survive Resource Farming Guide – Roaming Infected
Most players usually farm resources by gathering on the map, especially when they’re offline. That works fine, but it’s pretty slow if you’re actively playing.
There’s another way that works very differently. Instead of gathering, you intentionally fight roaming infected so they end up attacking your base, which gives you resources much faster.
How the Infected Farming Works
The basic idea is simple. You start rallies against roaming infected but don’t try to win. The goal is to fail those attacks so the infected retaliate and march toward your base.
When they reach your base and are defeated, they drop resources, and this doesn’t cost stamina.
This method can generate a large amount of resources in a short time. During about an hour and a half of doing this, it’s possible to collect millions of different resources.
It also benefits nearby alliance members because they can help defend your base while gaining the same rewards.
Coordination With Alliance Members
This trick works best when another player helps you. That person joins rallies with you so the attacks fail properly and the infected come back to your base.
Because of this, it requires communication and coordination rather than something you can do completely alone.
Using Weak Troops
To make sure rallies fail, you need to remove most of your strong heroes and leave only very weak units.
Lower-tier troops are often used because they’re cheap to train and easier to replace if they get lost.
Managing Hospital and Enlistment
Since many troops will get wounded during this process, your hospital will fill up quickly. Some players intentionally leave it full so wounded troops move into enlistment instead.
Those troops can later be reclaimed when needed, which makes this method easier to manage long term.
Activating Helpful Skills
Certain alliance skills help make this process smoother, especially those that increase damage against infected or improve marching speed.
These skills reduce losses and speed up the farming cycle.
Limits and Timing
Only one player in an alliance can effectively run this method at a time because infected will focus on a single target.
There’s also a waiting period before infected attack your base, which gives time to prepare defenses and coordinate with teammates.
This farming approach is often used because it generates resources for multiple players at once, not just the person initiating the attacks.
It requires teamwork and practice, but once coordinated properly, it can produce resources much faster than standard gathering.
