Guide
Grimshire Achievement Guide 100% & Beginner Guide Wiki
If you’re aiming to fully complete Grimshire without spoiling the story or key events, this guide covers every achievement—main and extra—while keeping the narrative intact. I finished everything across three playthroughs and documented the cleanest route to help others do the same with less backtracking and stress.
Grimshire Achievement Guide 100% & Beginner Guide Wiki
- Expect 2–3 playthroughs depending on your choices and how thoroughly you plan.
- No villagers should die if you’re aiming for the final achievement.
- I strongly recommend playing on Easy-Peasy mode for your 100% run—it makes resource and food management far less punishing.
- Upgrade your tools early, store spare resources, and check for critters often!
General Tips Before You Start
- Tool upgrades are essential:
- Watering Can → Multi-tile watering.
- Axe → Needed for hardwood.
- Access to the 3rd mine cave (Mountain area) is required for some tasks.
- Critter tracking: Talk to Kai at the Hunter’s Hut for daily sightings. Some town projects will require butchering.
- Storage matters: Don’t discard extra materials. Store everything—you’ll need it later.
Playthrough Structure
Playthrough 1: Choose Either Spring Project Path
- Focus on completing the first set of town projects.
- Avoid losing any villagers.
- Keep track of extra achievements and work on them passively.
Playthrough 2: Choose the Alternate Spring Project Path
- Tackle the town projects you skipped in playthrough 1.
- Finish any extras you missed previously.
- Be strategic with skill unlocks and critter breeding.
Playthrough 3 (Optional Cleanup)
- Only if you missed death-based achievements or Twins! luck didn’t work out.
Seasonal Achievements & Town Projects
Achievement 1 – First Week
- Survive 7 in-game days. That’s it. Simple and unmissable.
Achievement 2 – First Spring
- Survive until the start of Summer (Summer 1).
Spring Projects
- Rose’s Project
- Hazel’s Project
You must complete both over two runs—each playthrough only allows one.
Achievement 3 – First Summer
- Survive until Fall 1.
Summer Projects
- Lila
- Percy
- Tano
- Kai
All must be completed before the season ends. Missing the deadline = town consequences.
Achievement 4 – First Fall
- Reached Winter 1.
Fall Projects
- Adeline
- Beryl
Same rules: meet the deadline or face penalties.
Achievement 5 – First Winter
- Survive until Winter 28.
Final Town Project – The Last Stand
- “Nature’s Guardian” Quest
- This is the final town-wide quest.
- Must be fully completed by Winter 12—it auto-submits on the 13th.
- Stockpile ahead of time: This quest is resource-heavy.
- Failure to complete it will negatively impact your town’s fate.
Extra Achievements
Twins!
- Breed critters until you get a twin birth.
- Boost your odds by unlocking Tier 2 Breeding Skill.
Meat’s Back on the Menu
- Butcher one of your critters. Brutal, but required.
I’m Sorry for Your Loss
- Let one villager die. Easy to miss if you’re too careful.
Depression
- Let five villagers die in one playthrough.
Aww, It’s Adorable
- Tame your first critter.
- Talk to Rowan, build a coop, and get to it!
We Survived
- Finish the game on Winter 28th with every single villager alive.
- This is considered the true perfect ending, and honestly, it’s worth it.
This guide is written to keep the experience spoiler-free while still offering structure. Some achievements will feel more emotional than others, and a few will challenge your resource planning. Don’t be afraid to restart a season if something goes wrong—you’ll thank yourself later.
