Before we dive into the magic tier list, note that all magic forms have a duration of 60 seconds and require a cooldown of 120 seconds.
Also, a legendary magic ability may deal more damage than a common, the difference is not significant enough to solely rely on one tier in PvP battles.
Tier S (Legendary)
Anti-magic
